Refund Policy

In case a customer is not completely satisfied with our VPN services and meets the terms below a 100% refund will be issued.

1. A written notification via email within the first 3 days of the contract
2. Bandwidth usage must not exceed 50MB.

If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please inform us using the contact form.
